Where do i find message and im and add me boxes for my myspaceprofile?

i need a mesage box for my myspace profile!! also, a add me box and an im icon

if you go to pyzam.com and click on myspace layouts then you can look at the layouts and click on the one you want and where it says get code under that it says get code for message box then copy the code into your about me
