Where do i find replacement parts for my baycrest by seaspray above ground pool i need part # 13348?

I am having a simalar prob.... I have the seaspray, Ponderosa pool. I need replacement parts. Anyways, I found one company that can order them from the maker, "Pools, Ponds, & ect." in Cookeville, TN. They can order parts for it for you (they are a bit of a pain to deal with, ask for the owner!) If you have found another way to get parts from that company please let me know:)
