Where do i find the browser plug-in directory to install,adobe flash player and plug in.....?

I HAVE BT YAHOO ,GOOGLE AND AOL TOOLBARS INSTALLED.

APPRECIATE AN ANSWER TO A LEARNER.(PENSIONER).

  1. this should be in your computer but if not either www.macromedia.com or www.microsoft.com are the two safest places to get it from
