Where do i find the code for a colorful scrollbox?

i need a colorful scroll box for sugarloot. the code works the same as myspace ones but i want colorfull ones.

www.whateverlife.com ...when you go there look on the far left column--and you'll see myspace basics part 2...and when u scroll down you'll see "use chart here" and there ya go...hope that helped
