Where do i get Strength in Pokemon Fire Red?

I'm somewhere after the 5th badge i think...

Go to flucia city go to the safari zone. You have 1500 steps to get the gold teeth. When you see a big building look around and you will see the gold teeth. After that go inside so the person can give you the HM Surf. Take the teeth to the warden(by the pokemon center) then he will give you strength.

P.S If you use it on that boulder your get a rare candy.

first of all, go to fushia city. and go to the safari zone. go all the way deep inside the safari zone somewhere in west and you can find the item gold teeth. and after you get out, go to the warden's house and give him the gold teeth. he will give you Strength as a Hm. in the safari zone, you can also get surf in there.
