Where do i get a Eevee and a Ditto? on my Pokemon Diamond game? ?

I've been looking everywhere and i have no clue where to get one D: i need help >.<

• You can obtain a level 5 Eevee from Bebe after you acquire the National Dex. Additionally, after acquiring the National Dex, you are now capable of finding Eevee in the Trophy Garden on route 212.

• Ditto can only be found on route 218 when you use Poké Radar.

After going to Pal Park for the first time, and finding every Pokémon in Sinnoh, Professor Oak will give you the Poké Radar.

• Both these Pokémon can also be transferred via Pal Park if you have previous games.
