Where do i get a Rilou which will evolve into a Lucario in Pokemon Pearl?

My friend told me u cant get a Rilou or Lucario in pearl and that makes me scared cuz lucario is a cool pokemon.

You can give it massages (I think the girl that does it is in Veilstone), you can train it, put it in contests, bla, bla, bla. Just dont trade it, give it herbs, or let it faint. Pretty much, just care for it.

Ok, since you know how to get a rilou, to evolve it, make it happy in the daytime.

To make pokemon happy in the daytime: make it win in battles, put it in the first pokemon slot and ride your bicycle, or give it some poffins.

yeah u can all u have to do is go to Canalave city and talk to this salior and he will take u to Iron Mountain which u can get Riolu. To evole it u have to max out it's happiness.

To get riolu got to iron island. There you will meet a trainer name Riley who needs your help against team galactic. After helping him, he give you a egg which hatches into a Riolu.
