Where do i get a car?

my mom wants a new car.about 20,000 or 25,000 dollar car.And she wants a car thats good onthe gas. where should she go.

Toyota or Honda dealerships. I'd spend $2000 or so and get a 1992-1995 Honda Civic VX Hatchback if gas was really an issue since they get better gas mileage than any car currently in production but hey your mom's money though it doesn't make much sense to worry about gas and buy an expensive cars.

A car yard or to get a better buy look in the local papers. Some car yards can charge like wounded bulls.
