Where do i get a keg

does it need to be ordered first or can it be picked up from a grocery store or liquor store?

I buy mine at wal-mart, also i have bought them from a gas station.

You usually have to get one from a local beer distributor. Most of the ones I have used will take a walk-in order, but I always call to verify that they have what I want.

I am sure that it depends where you live...Here in Las Vegas you can get one anytime anywhere...

if you know in advance you need one a liquor store is a good place to get one but last minute gas station or beverage drive-thrus always work
