Here is the definition of tutoring from online:

1 : to have the guardianship, tutelage, or care of

2 : to teach or guide usually individually in a special subject or for a particular purpose : coach

If you are talking about the first definition, then I don't see how it could be done online.   If you are talking about the second definition,  you probably would need to contact someone through classified ads and then correspond with each other using email.

Depending on your state you may be able to get free access to K12

Virtual School.  There are over 20 states with a virtual program with K12

My state isn't one that uses this curriculum so I cannot give you any more details.

check with your local library. I know our local library here has a free online tutor for the local schools & homeschools here.
