Where do i get money for dive course?

I need to borrow money to do a comercial diving course, i have tried bank loans but all of them have been rejected. i live in sweden so i would need to be able to get the money either here in se or in the uk. any ideas on what to do??

  1. what about the organization that offers the course. Can't they finance it? Do you HAVE to pay the 13000 pounds on the spot? Talk to them about your options perhaps they can help you with breaking it down to monthly payments or something of the sort. That's what I'm doing with my scuba diving courses. That way you could get a part time and start paying it off. I mean, it's kinda odd if they're looking for employees to expect anyone to pay that kind of money up front.

    And I definitely agree with Isabell. You should check your credit score and make sure everything is in order.


  2. Student loans?  It's a career your investing in, so possibly your government has something set up to cover that.  Check with the school, they may have a financial aid package.

  3. Join the Navy.  Their training is excellent, doesn't cost you a bean and you earn a living, get fed and housed to boot.  You are also not looking to someone else to fund your fancies.
