Where do i get one of those like fkash animation pictures where its like water ripples under ur picture.

its like a picture of you and then underneath its the reflection of it with a bunch of water ripples where do i get that? anything will help even if u barely know anything about it ive seen the picture a few times on myspace

it's a java applet that allows you to put the water ripple effect on any picture you wish.  There are a number of them out there but my favorite is by a company called Anfy Java.
