When you land at the airport it will be the first desk.

At your arrival at the airport in the Dominican Republic, they will ask you to fill in this document and to pay $10us pp, don't loose this card, because you will need it at your departure again where you need to pay $ 20 us pp. Some Tour operators include this taxes in the global price, so you better ask them.

YOU WONT BE FINED , IMPRISONED OR FORCED TO STAY ON THE ISLAND BUT DEPENDING ON HOW LONG YOU STAY, YOUR DEPARTURE TAX OF 20 DOLLARS IS THE MOST THEYLL MAKE YOU PAY TO GET OUT.
