  1. Well you can get veggies and fruits and well everything that doesn't contain meat products at any local super market, mom and pops food stands and ...well anyplace that sells food lol  also its Tampa I'm sure there is a vegetarian/vegan restraint

                                              Hope this helps

  2. At Whole Foods. I went on the Whole Foods website and it said this was the address:

    1548 North Dale Mabry Blvd.

    Tampa, Florida 33607

    Phone: 813.874.9435

    Fax: 813.874.9724

  3. I don't know about Tampa, but I live in Central Florida, and Publix carries a lot of vegetarian foods.  Check in the frozen section, you'll see a bunch of green boxes under the brand "Morningstar Farms".  Their buffalo wings, chicken nuggets, and corn dogs are excellent.  They also have really good black bean burgers.  Publix also carries "Boca" brand vegetarian frozen foods, but I have never liked any of them.  Stick to Morningstar Farms!

  4. At any supermarket.  All markets have fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes, grains etc.

  5. Pretty much any major supermarket is about 75% vegetarian approved.
