like to say if i wanted to send one to my sister on her cell phone how would i do so?

I believe all you need to do is put + and the number as the recipient and it should go to her as a text.

You can usually send an email, like [e-mail] if she's on Sprint. The email address will depend on the mobile company she uses. Go to their website, they will usually have some link to send an SMS.
