  1. You go to my computer and double click on the CD icon.  You should then see the files that are on the CD.  If that doesnt work, try and go to Start > Run, and then type in the letter of the CD drive.  For example, when you look beside each icon on My Computer, it should say a letter before the name.  Type the letter found by the CD into run and hit enter.  That should do it.

  2. Go to My Computer and you should see a CD icon. It will either be called CD Drive or whatever the CD's name is.

If it's not there, feel free to email me to find out what else the problem could be.

  3. Hold the key with the Windows logo, and press E.

You should see a list like:

    3 1/2 Floppy (A:)

    Local Disk (C:)

    CD Drive (D:)

    -------

Okay, hmm.  If they both say "insert a disk into the drive" but it's already in there...your disk might be messed up.  Take it out and look for scratches.  Blow on it (but don't get spit on it!).  Put it into the other drive, or maybe another computer, and see if you can use it there.  But you might just be out of luck :(  Sorry...it's happened to me many times.
