if in a game it will be on the complete profile page if on messengen ,there will be a + showing for adding new friends

it is on the bottom of ur picture or avatar...

after you logged into your yahoo messenger, look under your nick and you will see a plus (+) sign. click on that and follow the instructions that follows

If you have the newest version of yahoo messenger, at the top of the ym there is a plus or a add a contact button click it!

Go to your Mail, and on the white column on the left, you'll find things like:

*Create New Contact

*Folders

*Inbox

*Outbox

*Spam

            ...so on, and so forth...
