One of the best hospitals in Dubai is the American Hospital.  You can check on their website for any job vacancies and also apply online.  Have you completed your nursing degree???  You will need that to be certified by the government.

Ther is a nursing/medical school in Knowledge Village if u have not gotten ur degree, but if u have, u can check the websites of different hospitals for vacancies.

At Abu Dhabi the capital city of UAE it is a must to pass Ministry of Health exam to become a nurse, you needed to invited by any hospital to work with and write an exam (so look up for a vacancy on-line/ through any agency) or arrange a visit visa (if you have anyone here to get a visa for you) and try to find a job and then attend the exam
