the above site has info concerning various federal census records for various tribes.  Scroll down to find what films exist for Mescalero tribe (not saying this is online, however ancestry might have it).  This is not necessarily tribal enrollment.. since you did not include grandma' name (should only do so if she has passed on), I can't do a lookup for you.
