Where do i go to get a high school diploma for $80.00?

Why would you pay when you can just make up your own for just pennies for the paper of you homeschool. You also can make up your own transcript. The biggy will be when you can't pass the placement tests to get into the classes. Then you will wind up paying to go and take Highschool type of classes at the local community college afterall. I suggest you just do your schooling and earn your Diploma.
