Call now.  Don't waste your time asking questions.  Call the bank or credit card company to report it stolen or lost.  That way, they can stop the payments so you won't have to deal with trying to get your credit back.  You will probably be asked when you first realized your card was lost and where you had the last purchase so they know when to stop the payments.
