Where do i look to find photo changer on my computer?

ok if i want to change the size of my pics on my computer where do i look i cant find where to change them

You need a photo editor. There are loads on the market such as Photoshop, but with a PC mag you often get free versions.

Load the pic into a photo editor and look for an option to change the resolution.

Keep the aspect ratio constant and adjust to say 30% or whatever suits you.

depends what programs you already have,

~also if you have camera software you can use that to adjust photos,

~try searching in "▲start/ all programs ► "menu list for your program,

~or find an image you want to edit and right click for menu, or double click to open and view,

if you need to look for images, use "search" from start menu, and search  "all files and folders" for "jpg"

reminder to make copies of originals and backup on cd/dvd before re-editing, once you change the original and save, you cant undo,
