  1. I think you need to get it off the Playstation Network Store. The only payment options are use of a credit card or the PSN cards which you can buy, though I'm not sure if they're out yet.


  2. You make the purchase in Metal Gear Online game menu. You have to log on and go to Online Store. I believe it must be credit card or debit card ( I used credit card).
