Where do i plug my psp in to my computer and do i need a converter or something like that?

You just need a standard USB cable with what they call a "Mini-B" end to plug into the USB port on the top of your PSP.  It's a common cable, used for lots of cameras and MP3 players, so you might have one lying around the house.  Otherwise, you can pick one up for $10.

Once you plug the PSP in to your computer's USB port, go to the Settings menu and select USB Connection.  The PSP will then connect to your computer as removable storage.
