Where do i put Photoshop CS3 Plugins?

I just download some plugins but i don't know where to put them or what folder, And how to use them after i put them where they go.

i'm going to assume you're using windows here.

to install a plugin copy or cut the file and open up my computer. open your local disk drive then go to program files --> adobe --> adobe photoshop cs3 --> plug-ins --> and depending on what kind of plugin it is it might go into any folder, but usually you will put it in filters.

then make sure you close photoshop (if you already had it open) and open again. your new plugin should be in the filter (or wherever you put it) menu.
