Where do i report or write to in the UK about a Company Scam (by Homzy Allied PLC)?

Question

I am a Malaysian . I received a email from Mr. Sylvester Waylon (purchasing manager) from Homzy wanting me to be an agent in malaysia purchasing excandine mult-cleanser-gem xgh by liasing with the supplier locally by the name of Mrs Jessy Chua.

i like to know if Homzy plc is a legitimate company in the UK and if it is a scam where can i report it
