Just look up tracks in your area.  www.dirtwerk.com or www.wheretomx.com

Generally all local clubs run junior races so just find one close to you and get in touch with the club secretary to find out what you need to do to be able to race.

I am not sure in your area but in ours to race even the youth need AMA cards and #'s .  At our local tracks there are kids 4yrs old out there.  You will have to find out where your local tracks are and their race schedule.. usually if you can find out your district there will be a website with the schedule and links or maps to the tracks.
