Where do i take my gf out to lunch in melbourne CBD?

My gf and i are celebrating our 1 year of being together and i have the whole day planned in the melbourne city, the only thing left to plan is where i should take her for lunch? So if anyone has any recommendations please leave the name and address of the restaurant...thnx in advance (fyi. money is no problem)

I wanted my husband to take me out to the tram restaurant - and if money is no option - take her out there ( or should i say hop on board! ).
