I picked it up,

then i went inside the HQ headquarters

but i dont know where to use it in?

  1. It opens the team galactic warehouse in the northwest corner of veilstone city.


  2. Go to the warehouse, the place where you battled two Galactic Grunts with Dawn or Lucas before, it will open the store room's door.
