  1. Since RNA is used for Protein Synthesis, it depends on which RNA. The Mrna event happens in the Nucleus, where it attaches to DNA and to make a copy.  It then Heads to the Ribosome.  The Rrna is in the Ribosome, sends message to the Trna which is in the Cytoplasm, which then brings the necessary anti-codons to the Ribosome.  In this way, maybe you could say that most RNA processing events occur in the Cytoplasm, or more specifically, in the Ribosomes.
