Where do most RNA processing events occur?

Since RNA is used for Protein Synthesis, it depends on which RNA. The Mrna event happens in the Nucleus, where it attaches to DNA and to make a copy.  It then Heads to the Ribosome.  The Rrna is in the Ribosome, sends message to the Trna which is in the Cytoplasm, which then brings the necessary anti-codons to the Ribosome.  In this way, maybe you could say that most RNA processing events occur in the Cytoplasm, or more specifically, in the Ribosomes.
