Where do most exchange students in Buenos Aires live?

Question

I will be on exchange in Buenos Aires as of March of next year and I would like to meet people and have a great time. I would love to live in an apartment with other students but I don't know how easy it is to do this. Living with a host family doesn't particularly appeal to me and I've heard that residences are not nice to live in at all. I haven't yet chosen the university that I am going to study at, but I am trying to look for one that offers a good exchange program so that I can actually meet other exchange students and hopefully many Argentines. If there are any people that have been on exchanges to Buenos Aires and had excellent experiences, I would love to hear any suggestions/advice that you may have.
