And no, Sally Beauty is not a professional supply store, lol!  In 99% of these professional supply stores, you need a valid beauty license to purchase from them. A lot of techs also buy fromonline sources. And even those often require proof of licensure - at least the reputable ones. Being licensed ensures that you are qualified to use professional products, and it enables you to buy professional products at wholesale cost. If you have a license, you are all set. Just look in the yellow pages, or ask around. CosmoProf is a big chain. I don't know if they have them down there or not though. If you don't have a license, then just go to Sally Beauty for the next best thing, almost.
