  1. the subconscious part of your mind were your worries are, talk about it and your problems if any

  2. The back of you're brain. The scared side.

  3. Deep inner fears you're afraid to express. But there's also the possiblity of demonic curses. Have you offended anyone lately? Have you used a Ouija board, or been to a seance, or watched/read Harry Potter? Pray to God to give you peace. There's just no better way. God bless you.

  4. Often if we are troubled by things happening in our lives, these troubles manifest during our sleeping hours and are expressed through nightmares. Try examining what may be bothering you and then talk it over with someone you trust. Sometimes it helps a great deal to just vent our problems to someone else, even if they aren't able to resolve anything for us. Talking can help mentally and emotionally.

  5. All your dreams come from an assemblages of thoughts you have during your conscious thoughts.. Everything you have ever thought about is in your mind.. In sleep,,you grab bits and pieces of thought randomly from your mind and assemble them in dream.. Sometimes it can be pleasant and enjoyable,,other times disturbing and even Bizarre!! Regardless,,you are entertaining thoughts in your consciousness,,and that is where you gather your dreams..You have to have thoughts of family members,,demonic creatures,,etc. before you can dream about them..Plus you have worries about different life situations that you either wonder about or are doing.. YOU are the maker,,and composer of your dreams,,and only you.. So in order to try and have more positive dreams one must try not to think of troubling and diabolical things !!!  I do wish you 'pleasant dreams' !!! SOLOMON

  6. From Elm Street maybe ?

  7. I guess you need to clear your head from worries/ stress.

Good nice dinner and warm bath before going to bed will help too.

It's heat and uncomfortable, problems that gives people nightmares.

You need time for yourself. Rest and relax. Take things easy.

So that nigthmares will not bothered you at night.  wink!
