Where do people get the bare escentuals that they sell on ebay?

I was on ebay and noticed quite a bit of bare escentuals make up at a much lower price than what you find in stores. Where do people get it?

You know, there are a lot of good, honest businesspeople on ebay. They get merchandise from the same places stores get them: wholesalers and distributors. Costs are lower though in the online world than on the brick and mortar world. Less rent, less utillities, etc.

Some people steal them from the store and then sell it on ebay for a much lower price. Since they didnt pay for them, it dont hurt them to sell them cheaper.. I've seen this done with baby formula to Dvd Players.......
