Where do people get trained to become teachers to those who have learning disabilities ........?

Where do people get trained to become teachers to those who have learning disabilities ........ like dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, etc? In Singapore, which are the institutions who award such diplomas or degrees to special education (in terms of learning disabilities) teachers?

I would like to know as I am considering a career in this area. Thanks to anyone out there who can give a minute of their time to answer this question!

In California, you need at least 5-6 years of college to get your bachelor's degree and teaching credential.  Put in another couple of years and get a master's degree.
