Cruising around Adams Morgan is the hip palce to go with both dancing and eating.  M st in Georgetown is cool to but a little more laid back.  Some good Houka Bars near Wisconsin

My boyfriend would take me for a nice dinner and get a limo.

We'd go somewhere fancy like McDonalds or if he got a raise

we might get Dairy Queen blizzards.

Try not to dress to casually, they might not let you in

if you are not formal.
