i mean it's not allowed in our school and i don't know where can i buy one..

You can see them anywhere, I think..

go pass over the over pass (hahaha), and just along the streets. on a dry market. you can see them.. those stalls that have "foot socks" hanging on. Besides school you'll mostly find them.

Or if you are in the mall, you can go check out some of the gym or sports stuff, but of course they are expensive there. Try also some accessories store, and the department store ;)

theyre made of rubbers which is cheap, worn by nba players which is cool and goes with the jeans n sneakers look which is a fashion no brainer. But i dont think ive seen a fellow mate wear ballers in years i thought ballers went out 2 years ago? maybe taken out of the closet...?

almost all of the stores here in the philippines have them

there are fake and there are real

if you want the real one's just go to tobys or nike or adidas

those branded stores

the fakes are remotely located anywhere

like the shops in greenhills or something

even downtown

hahaha! of course here!!! gawwwd..there are a lot available here...glow in the dark..plain colored ones..multi-colored..LOLS...anywhere u could see it...and u can buy at a cheap price..LOLS..i have a sky blue glow in the dark one..which is also ver stretchable..LOLS...its soooo easy to find..i swear :]
