Where do people street race in ct?

Legally?  Nowhere, but the Berlin Tpke is a hot spot for street racers...and the Berlin, Newington and State Police.

Save lives, and your licence.  Take it to the track.  Lime Rock perhaps?

I don't know, but I think they do a circuit course around the police station and they use the court house as a finish line. Play Need for Speed or something.  Why not find a drag strip.  And I am sure one of those should be pretty easy to find.  Just google for drag racing tracks in your area. Most of them allow anybody to bring any car they want to race a few nights or days out of the month.
