I'm just curious to know abt these highly exclusive schools that you don't even find in directories or listings of schools in a particular city? are they any better than the average Montessori school, for example, or are they just more expensive but same standards? I'll need actual names of schools so I can research them on my own, too.

  1. Union House Elementary, Valley High School

  2. They either send their children to a Private preschool which is a lot of time in the churches or hire on a Nanny to do Preschool at home. I have worked in daycares for years and I found mostly the wealthier parents in the Private school and Christian schools. The lower income you would often find in federally funded schools and preschools. There are no exclusive places that you can't find. These are things you hear  in the movies. You can pretty much find any school that is in your town in the yellow pages.

  3. YO, sarelda, i would TOTALLY luv to believe that rich people do not get better treatment, but that's not true! This is real life honey, and im sure rich people send their kids to a MUCH better place than say a kid living in poverty.

  4. Why do you want to know.  The places rich people send their kids are usally no better than others.  It is the teachers and their attitude and their love for children that really matters NOT how much the teachers get paid, how much the parents pay for the school, how much book smarts the teachers have or how the school caters to the rich/famous people at your school.

Plus you did'nt say where you are from. If it is research only I say call the state or county.  They have a list of all places with a license.  If the rich are sending their children to a school without a license than shame on them.  I would think that most schools especailly exclusive schools would have a web site so you can search that way also.

If it's not research and you want to know for  your own child then how about you ask a rich or famous friend they might be able to recommend the school their child goes too.

You might want to research Montesorri schools.  They might not be what you expect.  They have a wonderful program but it is not for everyone or every child.

  5. apple tree montessori - nearly 75% of the students are Indian. My 4 year old sister went there for only one year and now reads at a 2nd grade level. Its for the smartest of  the smart and it REALLY helps kids, like it increases their ability level by 2-3 grade levels in one year.
