Where do scene kids hang out in DC?

Where do scene kids (emo, whatever your term of choice is...) hang out in DC? Seems to me like they only emerge/come from outside the city whenever there's a concert in town.

You could always go to areas like like Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, U St. to hang out and eat and stuff.

Probably at a concert in the 9:30 club. Rams head (in baltimore though). I've heard of a skate park called k-town but it's in MD. Hot topic maybe?
