Where do soldiers buy their Eotech and ACOG scope

how does everyone buy their gear. Do soldiers have to permission to install it.

in the infantry it is issued out, but not everyone always gets one on their weapon, some use their own money and buy factory direct, if you call them up and ask if they offer discounts if multiple people want to buy who are all military.  Eotechs rock

it gets issued to them, and sometimes they or their families buy it and they get it installed at the armory. the army only allows certain approved devices and sidearms to be used in combat.
