The answer is different for everyone.  I got a large tat on my back and it barely hurt. My best friend got one on her back and she cried.  My husband, however, said the inside of his arm hurt worse than any other part of his body.  Usually, the less sun exposure an area gets, the more it will hurt because the sun actually kinda toughens our skin up.  Hioe that helps.

i tattooed my nipples as in the actual areola, and it was h**l, it won't hold color and the touch ups were worse than the original, and it still had spots where the color has bleed out. the underarm is tender but not too bad.

Everyone's pain threshold is different but most people would say the chest.
