there is no special place to warm up u just hit back and forth on the court.

well to answer your question.. all players hit in a practise court..

and some players might do a little bit of cardio machine to get there heart elevated...

and most of the players go into a pre match massage... they get a massage to get there muscles loosened up before the match.. because they have to have there body working its best

there are courts nearby that they use. you can sometimes see them playing with their coaches. they also play in their home cities where they live in free courts.
