I'm not sure what your suggesting is so different about the Uk to the rest of the world..

If you mean online, same places as you and more.

And physically, everywhere and anywhere we like,

Over a cuppa tea or in a queue perhaps...

Cafe,Restaurants,Pubs,Shops,Homes,Park...

ETC ..

We are actually allowed to chat anywhere and everywhere...just not allowed to do the same with smoking and drinking!
