Where do the erythrocytes and leucocytes go after ultrafiltration?

In the glomerulus,after ultrafiltration,the renal plasma enters the bowmans's capsule.but what happens to the red and white blood cells?

They stay in the blood stream because they are too big to be filtered.  If the blood cells actually get filtered they will show up in the urine and that signifys kidney damage.
