Where do the items on overstock.com come from?

Im planing on buting a Movado wacth from the site but i don't want to chance buyintg a counterfit item does anyone know if the site is an authurized dealer. Has the site ever been known for scaming people? Thanx in advance.....

It's not an authorized dealer....  type into the address bar of your browser movado.com..... Movados' website should come up. When your in the site look for a store or retailor locator link. Choose your area. Authorized Movado dealers should come up

Overstock gets it's items from factory overuns, orders cancelled by retailers from the factory and business that go out of business, Overstock is not a Movado authorized dealer, but does deal in the real thing,,
