Where do the soul reapers get their gigai's from?

i know urahara makes one or two for friends etc but how do all the other soul reapers like renji get theirs, and how are they made? all info is good :)

Considering Urahara's involvement with them, I'd guess they are made and issued by Squad 12 for most soul repears.

Its provided to all soul repears within the soul society by their captains. Each squad has there own gigais.

Urahara's gigais are just oredered from stores within the soul society. Also the squads just oreder from stores within the society.

They get gigais from the Urahara shop. Urahara makes them himself. Especially Rukia's which contained the jewel that Urahara added. Gigais are nothing more than puppets that hold a soul so they can be seen in the real world.
