  1. My daughter says they sleep in the tunnels.


  2. the goddess aurora collects them and b=rings them back in the morning

  3. No there are several huge depots scattered round the network.  They can be seen if you are observant during travels round the network.

  4. as people have said they are kept in various depots but also some are kept at the ends of the lines in the sidings

  5. There are depots in various places for the different lines.

    The main depots on each Underground Line are:

    Bakerloo,                                        Stonebridge Park

    Central,                                           West Ruislip/Hainault

    District [1],                                      Ealing Common/Upminster

    East London,                                  New Cross

    Jubilee,                                           Stratford Market

    [1] The Wimbledon - Edgware Road District Line service operates from

    Hammersmith depot as it uses the same stock as the H&C and Circle
