Where do they get thos people to post for pictures on the net?

I was browsing the net obviously you will run into ads with beautiful goregous people. Heck you can go to a yahoo home page and see a beautiful female on an ad somewhere. What I'm wondering is where do they find those kind of people? How much do you get paid to get your picture on an ad? Obviously they will pick the best looking people to run an ad but its some of the females are so stunning its like they need to be famous or something. I'm not talking about pictures of models that post for the camera. Its just some random ad with a beatiful girl just being normal with not a lot of makeup and not protend to be pretty.

Sorry...but...well...first off...is pose for pictures...not post for pictures...second...

anyone that you see online...whether it look like it's not a model...if it's for an add...it's a model...you won't see any ads online...anywhere...without hiring a model to look that way...
