Where do u find glow in the dark paint?

me and my friends are having a halloween party but we need glow in the dark paint and it has to be under 50 dollars helppppp

The only Glow in the dark paint that I could find that is sold in stores and runs under $50.00 is made by 'Rust-Oleum'. You can find this brand at any Home Depot or Ace Hardware stores. Most other Glow in the dark paints are only available through the company's websites and a telephone number.
